    Description

    These carbs were removed from a 1988 125 HP fresh water Mercury Force outboard model 1254X8C that had a cracked lower unit / gear housing.
    The top carb is marked 589061-1 The bottom carb (should) read 664061. I found the numbers were poorly stamped and harder to read, but it looks like 589061-2 which is also a Force 125 bottom carb number. This is the pair that was removed from the engine. They were very clean before removal. My guess is that not long ago, some carb work was preformed.
