These injectors fit ... Yamaha 115 HP Four Stroke Outboard Motors from 2000 - up.

68V-8A360-00-00 ... these are the correct injectors.
    PLEASE
read this information before buying injectors anywhere else.  Not all remanufactured
fuel injectors are created equal and there's a huge difference in their quality & performance.
Our injectors are properly remanufactured at the 2nd largest Fuel Injector Remanufacturing Production facility in
    North America
(see details below).  We suggest that you r
ead all eBay listings closely to make sure you get what you pay for and expect.
We are offering a special low price on this set of premium quality injectors to “Beat the Competition's” lower quality rebuilt fuel injectors with the very best
    Factory Remanufactured
parts that your money can buy. After decades in the Auto Parts Business I’ve learned that

Sometimes you just have to get down n’ dirty
    ”.
Some so-called "rebuilders" literally work out of their garages and some are actually junk yards. Many simply clean the fuel injectors, ohm test the coil, replace the o-rings & filters (with cheap Chinese parts) and ship them out the door ... misrepresenting them as Remanufactured Injectors. That's just dishonest!  I call those parts "shiny salvage yard junk”.  Real Quality goes well beyond what meets the eye.
    Some sellers even use
Photo Shopped enhanced pictures in their listings. Their trick is to photograph
the best looking injector they have and then clone it multiple times, presenting the photo as a set ... but it’s not.
Based on the samples we’ve acquired, the injectors they ship do not look nearly as good as the pictures in their listings and some do not even test within the specs, as advertised. Our photos are 100% real, unaltered pictures. The set of injectors you see in my ad is actually four different injectors. We don’t need to be deceptive!
And Buyer Beware .... not all listings claiming to be “OEM Injectors” actually are. Cheap Chinese knock-off injectors of grossly inferior quality are all over eBay now.  Most do not have manufacturer logos or  I.D. or component/stamping numbers on them. They do not work within specs, do not last ... and are basically junk!
    Our Quality Story
First, we start with selected low mileage cores or barely used take-offs. Less than 33% meet our requirements.
    Primary Electrical Testing
    Injector Bobbin (coils)
Coils are tested to meet OEM Ohm/Resistance specifications and loaded for initial saturation & latency testing. Marginal units are discarded. Injectors passing the Electrical Tests are then 100% disassembled and inspected for worn components and are now ready for cleaning.
    Our Multi-Stage Cleaning Processes
    External Cleaning and Degreasing
The initial cleaning process is performed with specialty biodegradable solutions that are environmentally friendly.
    Dynamic Ultrasonic Cleaning
Injectors are submerged in a high power industrial ultrasonic tank and then energized at 6 different frequencies to agitate and loosen up any varnish build-up accumulated over time by gasoline & ethanol blended fuel residues and engine heat.
    High Pressure Reverse Cleaning
After a 30 minute session of ultrasonic cleaning the injectors are then mounted in an inverted position for a high pressure (60 psi) reverse pressure flushing to complete the cleaning and ensure no contaminants remain inside the injector.  New Genuine OEM Internal Filter Baskets are now installed to prevent any contaminants from entering the injectors, then they’re are off to the polishing and painting department.
    Visual Quality/Cosmetics
Injectors are polished to a mirror finish and then clear coated to prevent corrosion.
    Final Assembly
The injectors are now assembled using OEM components such as Viton O-rings, High Temperature Teflon spacers, Pintle Caps, needles, springs, and retainer clips. We source repair parts directly from the original manufacturer such as, Bosch,
    Delphi
    ,
Siemens-Deka, JECS, Denso, etc., or from their component suppliers.
    FINAL TESTING
THIS IS WHERE WE MEASURE OUR PASSION FOR PRODUCING THE FINEST “WORLD CLASS QUALITY” REMANUFACTURED FUEL INJECTORS AVAILABLE … AND IT’S ALSO WHAT SEPARTES
    US
    FROM THE PACK!
Our Final QC Testing Consists of Eight Specific Tests
    Leakage
Each Injector is subjected a 100 P.S.I. Test to ensure no external leakage
    Spray Pattern
Operating Pressure Spray Pattern Testing is performed to ensure that every injector’s spray angle meets OEM requirements.
    Spray Direction
As much as the correct spray pattern is important, the spray direction is equally critical. This visual inspection
allows us to determine that each injector directs the fuel in the manner specified by the OE manufacturer
    Flow Volume
Flow Tested to insure that every injector is within the OE Manufacturer’s Flow Volume specifications
    Static Flow Balance
A Static (wide open) flow test is done to ensure that there is no internal obstruction and that fuel is flowing freely as designed by the OE manufacturer.
    Dynamic Flow Balance
Dynamic (at variable frequencies) Test is done to ensure that the injector’s internal moving components
are behaving in a manner consistent with OEM parameters.
    Injector Latency Performance
Here is where our 20 Years experience truly differentiates us from the amateurs in the business.  We have developed a process to precisely measure actual latency and balance our sets to 100% … even at the lowest pulse duration level. This guarantees the injector will provide optimum idle conditions and meet the rigid emission compliance in all 50 states!
Ask any other eBay seller if they even know how to measure latency.
    Flow Matching
Prior to shipping in sealed sets, the injectors are Flow Matched to within 1-2% on our regularly calibrated
state-of-the-art Custom Engineered flow bench. It’s the only fuel injector flow bench in existence that measures Pressure vs. Voltage latency. When  a set of fuel injectors leaves the facility we know they will perform as good as Brand New parts and they are the very best quality Factory Remanufactured Fuel Injectors that your money can buy ... period.
This means NO surprises and NO hassles when you install them!
    FAQ’s
    Q)
Are your fuel injectors really “BRAND
    NEW” parts?
    A)
We specialize in selling Brand New injectors at extremely low prices, but also offer Factory Remanufactured fuel injector sets.
All of my Ebay listings are clearly and accurately described as either “Brand New OEM Injectors”, “Brand New Injectors” or as “Factory Remanufactured Injectors”.
We are also the exclusive online distributor for “Xtreme High Performance” and “Xtreme Upgrade” product line of Fuel Injectors. All of
the Factory Remanufactured Injectors we sell are professionally remanufactured at the 2
    nd
largest Fuel Injector Remanufacturing Production facility in
    North America
using state-of-the-art calibrated equipment to meet all original electrical and fuel flow specifications.
We purchase our Brand New fuel injectors in bulk or large quantities directly from the OEM manufacturers or other reputable source, so most are not individually boxed for resale, unless noted as such.
As a final Quality Control measure, every injector we ship,
    including Brand New injectors
, are 100% bench tested and flow matched before shipment to the customer. This includes a final Spray Pattern Test performed with an industry approved, non toxic, fuel injector Test Solvent ... it is not gasoline and it does not indicate that the injectors are “used”.
    Q)
    How can you sell BRAND
    NEW
    fuel injectors so cheap?
    A)
We get asked this question often. Having been in the Auto Parts business for over 40 years, I’ve worked for Warehouse Distributors, owned & operated Retail Auto Parts Stores, served in a Regional and National Management capacity for three Major Auto Parts Manufacturers and also pioneered an Internet Auto Parts web site in 1998. I am now semi-retired.
Selling on Ebay is a part-time venture as an associate broker and consultant for the # 2 Fuel Injector Remanufacturer in the
    U.S.
We purchase large quantities of Brand New
    fuel
injectors and other fuel system components directly from the OE manufacturers here in the
    USA
    ,
    Japan
    and
    Europe
. As veterans of the auto parts industry, we know where & how to buy in quantity, and there are some incredible deals available to the insiders!
It is common practice for reputable rebuilders to purchase
    new
parts and package them in their “Remanufactured” boxes. This is done out of necessity when serviceable cores (used parts) are not readily available to maintain a good “order fill” percentage for their repeat wholesale customers.
In other words, you can’t remanufacture a part you don’t have.
Additionally, some OEM fuel injectors simply can not be remanufactured with any degree of reliability due to inherent design flaws. In those cases
    brand new
parts must be sold. We also periodically buy overstocks & stock lift inventories from Warehouse Distributors. Thousands of part numbers are needed to cover the entire fuel injector universe but not all are available at our targeted low acquisition cost. Please note that we absolutely
    do not
buy or sell any cheap Chinese knock-off parts or any Aftermarket brand that is less than OEM Quality, period!
    Q)
How do I know that these parts are correct for my vehicle?
    A)
Every part we sell on Ebay is thoroughly researched and cross referenced using Wrenchhead’s NexCat electronic database and matched to OEM manufacturer’s production data. NexCat is a professional & expensive Subscription Only electronic auto parts catalog and informational database service used nationwide by major auto parts manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. Please note that all car companies are notorious for superseding and duplicating OE parts with new numbers from year to year when in fact, the parts are carry-overs, identical and completely interchangeable.  Also note that the number stamped in or printed on a fuel injector is NOT necessarily the OE part number. It can also be a component or casting/molding number. Cosmetic (color) changes & minor modifications are also common over a part’s application & life cycle, resulting in multiple part numbers that are identical specs.
We also offer some fuel injectors that may look slightly different than your OE parts but are the same electrical & flow specs and critical dimensions. Those are noted as such in their listings.  Don’t just assume that because the injector “looks different” that it will not work.
Example: we offer Brand New Denso, Bosch and Siemens-Deka injectors for certain GM, Ford and Chrysler vehicles that are truly an upgrade in quality compared to the OEM injectors and may look a bit different.
The bottom line is that if we list a part as fitting your particular vehicle, it will fit and perform as good as or better than the parts you remove …
    Guaranteed.
After 20 + years specializing in the Fuel Injection business, with large wholesale customers all around the world, perfection and accuracy is a necessity.
    Q)
What is the difference in a Brand New OEM part vs. a Brand New Aftermarket part?
    A)
OEM parts are made by several different fuel injector manufacturers, contracted by the car companies to supply them. Most, but not all, OE injectors are now made by
    Delphi
, Bosch, Siemens-Deka, JECS, Denso and a few others. Aftermarket injectors are also manufactured by several companies such as Standard Motor Products, BWD, Python and others. Not all aftermarket parts are equal in quality or fit. Some companies, such as Standard Motor Products, manufacture & supply OEM injectors for some vehicles as well as manufacture a complete product line of injectors for other vehicles. This makes
    SMP
an OEM supplier and an Aftermarket company. I know it’s confusing but that’s the way this crazy business works!  Ford, GM, Chrysler and other car companies DO NOT make most of the parts for their vehicles. Generally they design, style and manufacture the car’s bodies & engines and contract out  the fuel & electrical components as well as electronics & accessories, rubber & plastic molded trim, windshield wiper systems, lighting components, bearings, exhaust systems, suspension parts, wheels, upholstery, and on and on … all to their design specifications. Many years ago the major car companies wholly owned most of their sub-supplier manufacturing plants such as GM’s Divisions: AC (filters & spark plugs), Delco Remy (ignition, starters, alternators & electrical),
    Rochester
(fuel system parts), Packard (wire & cable) ND/Hyatt (bearings) and Morraine (brake systems), etc.
But, that’s all changed now. Cars are truly “World Cars” assembled with parts and components manufactured by independent suppliers all around the globe.
As previously mentioned, I do not sell any aftermarket parts that are less than OE Quality parts.
Absolutely NO cheap Chinese knock-off junk!  But it’s out there all over eBay … so Caveat Emptor ... Buyer Beware!
One final note regarding fuel injector brands: Delco (now called AC-Delco) is not a fuel injector manufacturer. In fact they no longer make any parts. It is now an independent marketing company, a name on a box only, but is still associated with GM. GM sold off all their wholly-owned parts manufacturing divisions years ago. If you buy a Delco part for a GM built vehicle the part is sourced from the actual OE supplier … therefore it is a Genuine GM part.  However, the injector inside a Delco box will be a part made by  Bosch, Siemens-Deka,
    Delphi
    or other injector manufacturer.
Delco parts fitting non-GM built vehicles are purchased from various companies, many of which are simply the lowest cost source for that part, not necessarily the OEM supplier.
If you have any questions about any part we list or are concerned about physical appearances or dimensions being different, just email me before ordering for a specific, professional reply.
    Q)
I want to buy your fuel injectors since they are such a great deal but am not sure how to install them. What do you suggest?
    A)
    First and foremost
    ,
    please
do not attempt to install fuel injectors if you are not fully capable of the job
. These are high-pressure fuel systems and the installation requires skill and technique to avoid damage to the injector o-rings. Most of our buyers are advanced “Do-it-yourselfers” or qualified Professional Installers or they have a friend whose capable of doing the install for them.
If you are planning on buying the parts yourself and taking them to a Professional to do the installation,
check with the Service Manager or Owner of the repair shop you intend to use and tell them that you intend to supply the parts
    AND
    read this message first:
Taking your own parts into a Car Dealer or Professional Installer
According to Professional Installers taking your own parts into a Car Dealer or Independent Shop is like taking two eggs, four strips of bacon and two pieces of toast into your local restaurant and expecting the meal for next to nothing because you supplied the food. It is considered unethical and is in fact far less profitable for the trade Professionals. They typically make as much profit from the sale of repair parts as they do from the labor, depending on the job, of course.
A 50% + profit margin on parts sales is the norm in the auto repair industry and should be expected.
Parts purchased through a New Car Dealer are typically higher priced parts vs. those purchased through Aftermarket sources, such as a local major brand auto parts store.
Most Car Dealers in metropolitan areas are owned by large corporations or “dealer groups” who likely own several car brand dealerships. They are certainly not dishonest but they couldn’t care less about saving you a penny!
Their service bays contribute much of the dealer’s overall profit.
And most independent repair shops are also honest, hard working small business owners. But there’s a small percentage of Professional Installers that may resort to less than honest tactics if asked to install parts furnished by the customer. That being the case, if you plan to supply your own parts and have them installed by a commercial repair shop
I highly suggest that you tell them in advance, when getting an estimate of repairs, and get all the details in writing.
Many shops simply will not install parts supplied by the customer for various reasons, some legitimate, some not. Those few less than honest shops may agree to install your parts … BUT:
    * There will be NO warranty on the job, whatsoever.
    * Tell you that the parts you supplied are NOT the right parts or that they’re inferior
quality and refuse to install them
    after
your car is in the shop
. This leaves you with a
disassembled vehicle in their shop and no choice but to buy their parts anyway.
    * Overcharge you for labor (to cover the lost profit on parts sales)
    * Install your parts but do so improperly (sabotage?) leaving you in a very bad
situation and in the process “teaching you a lesson”.
    Yes, that
    HAS
    actually
    happened!
What I can assure you of, with complete confidence, is that any parts you buy from us are OEM or Equal Quality parts that are 100% correct for the vehicles we have them listed as fitting. The exception would be previously modified vehicles or possible engine swap situations ... which are beyond our crystal ball’s capabilities to divine.
